Push Friends

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Push Friends (“Push Friends,” “the App,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Push Friends is a mobile application for private accountability and habit support. The App allows users to create or join groups, receive reminders and notifications, answer daily check-in questions (including tracking specific numeric goals, durations, or scales), upload profile and group images, view group activity and consistency, and use related features. Some features may be available only through a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use this type of service in your country, to use Push Friends. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are legally able to accept these Terms.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it in a way not authorized by us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Push Friends to:

• harass, threaten, shame, intimidate, or abuse other users;
• send spam, repeated unwanted invites, or other unsolicited communications;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• access groups, accounts, or data without authorization;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
• interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security or functionality of the App;
• use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. User Content

You may submit content through the App, including profile information, profile photos, group names, group images, group goals, metrics, descriptions, check-in responses, and other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and share any User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, restrict, or review any User Content, including profile photos and group images, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, infringes the rights of others, or may harm the App or its users.

8. Notifications and Reminders

Push Friends may send reminders, alerts, and notifications related to your groups, check-ins, and other app activity. Delivery timing and availability of notifications may depend on your device, operating system, internet connection, and third-party platform services. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered accurately, on time, or at all.

9. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Push Friends may offer optional paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, features, and availability may change from time to time.

Payments are processed by the relevant platform provider, such as Apple or Google, and are subject to that provider’s billing terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated by the platform, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds, if any, are governed by applicable law and the relevant platform’s policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by Push Friends or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of Push Friends is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Push Friends is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any data, reminders, or notifications will be accurate or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Push Friends and its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

14. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the Service unlawfully or abusively.

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account using available in-app functionality or by contacting us.

We may retain certain information where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Push Friends is established, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Any disputes shall be handled by courts or authorities with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.
